YOUTH ATHLETIC

 Ages 8-12:

                -Focus on basic movement patterns

                -Build self confident and major motor skills development through proper body mechanics in all plane of motions

                -Develop basic fundamentals for agility and coordination

 

Ages 13-17:

                -Build the foundation for strength and power

                -Learn the proper movement patterns for speed and agility development

                -Introduction to weight and resistance training

                -Educate on training safety, and training program tailored to the specific sport
